| This is an absolutely idyllic location. The ruin sits in 2 and a half acres (1 hectare) of terraced land which was once cultivated. The situation is very peaceful and private but not too remote, the nearest town is Carregal de Sal which has a full range of modern amenities. It has lovely views over the river Mondego and very good access. The ruin has an 80 m2 footprint and is two storey. It is possible to amplify this size by 20 % and build a good size house. The plot has about 100 metres of river frontage. The area is becoming very popular and properties like this one are increasingly difficult to find. |
