| Well constructed stone house sitting on a small hill above the river. Lovely location with very fertile strips of land either side of the small ribeira which runs all year. Land registered as 2 hectares (5 acres) but also has a pine wood which extends to cover a huge amount of the adjacent hillside. The covered area of the building is around 50 m2 which can be extended if required. It comprises two floors and a useable attic space. There is also a watermill which is in good condition but no longer functions and covers around 30 m2 situated some distance from the main house. |
