| Good cultivated land with olives and grapes in the foothills of the mountains near the village of Coja. Lovely plot with easy access. No electricity but good solar exposure- house faces south-makes this a location for anyone considering alternative energy. There is a small ribeira (river) which runs through the winter months but stops around june. Water is available from natural stone tanks in the land but it would be better to sink a well. Local village within easy walking distance and plenty of other settlers in the area. |
